GUARANTEE POLICY
Non-Special-Event requires a valid credit card to guarantee your reservation. Payment is due in full upon arrival. For any reservation that has not arrived before 8:30 P.M. the credit card on file will be pre-authorized for the first night of the stay. If the credit card is declined the reservation will be canceled. However, we will try to contact the guest before canceling the reservation.
Special-Event requires at least a Friday and Saturday two-night minimum stay. One night’s deposit required at the time of booking. Final payment is due in full upon arrival. For any reservation that has not arrived before 3 A. M. the next morning, the reservation will be canceled. However, we will try to contact the guest before canceling the reservation.
Remembrance Weekend requires at least a Friday and Saturday two-night minimum stay. Full payment is required at the time of booking. For any reservation that has not arrived before 3 A. M. the next morning, the reservation will be canceled and payment is not refundable. However, we will try to contact the guest before canceling the reservation.
CANCELLATION POLICIES
Non-Special-Event reservation must be canceled by 6pm one (1) day prior to arrival or your credit card will be charged for one night.
Special-Event Weekday or Weekend reservation must be canceled by 6pm two (2) days prior to arrival or your credit card will be charged for one night.
Some Special-Event-Weekend and Group reservations must be canceled by 6pm seven (7) days prior to arrival or your credit card will be charged for one night. Payments are not refundable on your reservation if a deposit or full payment was processed at the time of booking.

HOUSEKEEPING SERVICES POLICIES
MAID SERVICE
To prioritize your privacy and comfort, we have tailored our housekeeping services to be available by request only. This means that maid service will not be automatically provided unless you specifically request it.
If you would like to schedule housekeeping, our team is available to accommodate your preferred service time between 10:00 AM and 1:45 PM. To arrange a service, simply contact the front desk by dialing [0] from your in-room phone. We will be happy to ensure your room is refreshed at a time that suits you best.
EXTREAM/CLEANING/DAMAGE
To protect our staff when a room requires extreme measures to clean (for example, but not limited to, bodily fluids which require personal protection) we will charge a MINIMUM $300 fee. Repair or replacement of damaged items will be charged as necessary to remedy the damage. We will bill all charges to the debit/credit card on file.
